Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We want you to love your Salt + Sailor items, so we DO allow exchanges on clothing for a different size or color, subject to availability of course.
Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed,
and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. A flat exchange fee of $10.00 will be charged to cover Salt and Sailor shipping and handling.
Hats and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to get your Salt + Sailor pieces to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 4 business days of purchase. However there are certain exceptions beyond our control. Please have patience. Salt and Sailor is a one woman show.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you cannot reach the carrier Salt and Sailor will help to the best of our ability.
